It seems the character of Walker Yumasaki reminds me so much of Gin Ichimaru (from Bleach). And the hobby of "People Watching" Izaya is noted for is also a trade characteristic of the late captain. Could it be DRRR!! has been influenced by Kubo's works at some point?

None of Narita's other works have been seemingly influenced by Kubo's and in Walker and Gin's case, I'd say it's a instance of character tropes. Even though Narita is a fan of Bleach I don't think that he was influenced from Tite Kubo's work. Walker does resemble Gin by facial expressions, but there's is many differences between those two that I really don't want to list. - Firegod
