Hiroshi (ヒロシ, Hiroshi) is one of Youko's boyfriends. He claims to be with the Dollars.

Appearance
Hiroshi has the appearance of a street thug. His buzzed hair is dyed orange, and he wears baggy clothing that hinders his ability to walk.
Personality
Hiroshi is all talk. He is confrontational and loud and is a poor fighter. He seems to believe that by claiming to be a member of the Dollars he will be treated with reverence.
Synopsis
Dollars/Mika Harima Arc
In the anime, Hiroshi is introduced as Youko's boyfriend and a member of the Dollars. He confronts Mikado Ryuugamine when he steps in to save Anri Sonohara from Youko and her friends. When Izaya Orihara destroys Youko's phone, Hiroshi attempts to fight him. Izaya dodges his swings effortlessly and shaves his head with his blade, intimidating Hiroshi and the girls and making them flee. A short while later, as Izaya is facing off with Shizuo Heiwajima, Hiroshi appears with a group of thugs armed with improvised weapons who claim to be with the Dollars. He and his friends instigate a fight with Shizuo and are easily beaten.
Saika Arc
While conducting interviews on the street, Shuuji Niekawa asks him who the strongest man in Ikebukuro is. An image of Hiroshi and Takeshi is later shown on a cover of Shuuji's tabloid Tokyo Warrior [1].
Yellow Scarves Arc
Hiroshi tries to get revenge on Izaya and is beaten up by Mairu Orihara for knocking Kururi over and yelling at her [2].
Dollars & Blue Squares Arc
He beats up Mikado and kidnaps Non and Rio Kamichika. He is defeated when Anri battles him with Saika and shaves his head [3].
