==Synopsis==
[[Kyouhei Kadota]] is the victim of a hit-and-run. The rumor spreads like wildfire around [[Ikebukuro]], and [[Saburo Togusa]] and [[Walker Yumasaki]] set off to find the culprit. [[Shuuji Niekawa]], who has been running around trying to gather information on the [[Dollars]], goes to [[Haruya Shiki]] of the [[Awakusu-kai]] for help. The Awakusu executive [[Mizuki Akabayashi]], who has hired [[Izaya Orihara]] to investigate the [[Dollars]]' leader and friend of [[Anri Sonohara]]'s, [[Mikado Ryuugamine]], meets the boy in person. [[Aoba Kuronuma]], hoping to take the Dollars to the next level, gets [[Celty Sturluson]] to help move his plans along. Meanwhile, another rumor spreads around the city, that of [[Shizuo Heiwajima]]'s arrest.
