"Blessed are the Foolish" is the tenth episode of Durarara!!x2 Ten and the fiftieth episode overall of the Durarara!! anime.

Various people begin making moves concerning the Dollars. The incident triggered by Heaven's Slave's dealings takes an even more complicated turn as Jinnai Yodogiri gets Hiroto Shijima on his side. Aoba Kuronuma, who is working side-by-side with Mikado Ryuugamine, is reunited with his older brother. Learning of Mikado's current situation, Masaomi Kida returns as the leader of the Yellow Scarves and requests help from the van gang to bring down the Dollars, shortly before an unknown assailant hits Kyouhei Kadota with his car and flees the scene.
