"Bell the Cat" is the second episode of Durarara!!x2 Ketsu and the fifty-fourth episode overall of the Durarara!! anime.

Synopsis[]

After escaping from Kasane's clutches, Izaya encounters Anri at the hospital and tells her that he plans to intervene in the struggle between Mikado Ryuugamine and Masaomi Kida. Caught between his stare and Saika's voice, Anri asks herself just what it is that she can do for her friends, and whether a Saika-wielder like her can call herself a human being. Elsewhere in the city, several woman with varying agendas and secrets make their moves.
