Synopsis[]
In the chat room, TanakaTarou remarks the influx of Yellow Scarves members out in the city recently. Kanra and Setton both chime in, mentioning their aggressive behavior, especially with the Dollars. Mikado confirms through private messaging with Izaya that the Yellow Scarves are under the belief that the Slasher is part of the Dollars.
At school, the Raira Trio are hanging out together, joking around and celebrating Anri's recovery. Masaomi gets a message as they converse and announces he has somewhere to be, leaving Mikado and Anri to walk home together.
Meanwhile, Shizuo and Tom are out walking around Sunshine City and considering where to eat when they run into Simon. Shizuo tries to refuse Simon's insistence on visiting Russia Sushi but ends up getting annoyed and lashes out once Simon mentions Izaya's name. As the two fight, Tom observes their surroundings and marvels to himself how empty the streets are of Yellow Scarves members. Considering the time of day, he assumes there must be a group meeting somewhere.
